What areas do you service?

We are based in Forrestfield and currently service the entirety of Perth. We service a 15km radius with no travel fee. Anything over 15km incurs a $2/km fee. For example, an appointment booked in Morley will incur a $4 travel fee as Morley is located 17km from Forrestfield.

Do I need to provide power or water?

Yes, we do require a minimum of water to provide our services. We request both water source & power outlet, but in the case no power outlet is available, we must be notified prior so we can bring our mini backup generator.

Question 3

How long will my groom take?

Accepted Answer

Appointments can take anywhere between 45min up to 3hrs depending on service booked, dog breed, size, behavioiur and coat condition, amongst many other factors. Upon booking you will be given a time frame for your appointment.

What dogs do you groom?

Accepted Answer

We are currently limited to grooming short coated dogs (any size) and large dogs of any coat type. We specialise in deshed services.

Do you groom anxious or aggressive dogs?

The safety of your dog and our groomer is our priority. Please advise us of any behavioural concerns you may have prior to booking so we can assess whether or not we can safely perform the groom. We perform every groom with a stress-free approach, going at the dogs pace, practicing positive reinforcement with a guiding hand, and prioritising the comfort of your dog through every step fo the groom.

What if my dog is matted?

Severe matted coats can be painful and may require clipping shorter than expected. We always reccomend to book your dog in on a regular basis to reduce the risk of matting and keep on top of the coat.

Do you require vaccinations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ask that all dogs are up to date with their vaccinations for their age to reduce the risk of spreading of any diseases.

Question 8

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require a minimum of 24hrs for cancellations or rescheduling. if this adequate notice is provided, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24hrs notice will include a loss of deposit.

Question 9

How often should my dog be groomed?

We reccomend grooming every 6-8 weeks depending on their breed, coat type & lifestyle.

Question 10

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Please ensure your dog has been to the toilet before their appointment and that there is a safe location for the trailer to park.
